• The statistics of how visitors  came to our website: enter the URL directly, from other websites, or Google search results;

When purchasing commission services from us, we obtain your information from these service providers: Paypal, Wix.com.  

 

The information includes: 

• Your purchase information - the name of the purchaser, the purchased goods or services , and the price. 

• Your billing information -  the name of the person that gets billed, your shipping address. 

 

We are providing digital products which will not be physically delivered to you. However, we still need your shipping address based on Paypal and Wix.com’s transaction specifications. We shall not turn off this feature. 

 

Since our service does not need  to use your shipping address, this information will not be recorded separately by us. It will only be stored as transaction information by Paypal and Wix.com store services.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com providedan online platform that allows us to sell products and services . Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix.com store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our website adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

 

Why do we collect information?  

 

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes: 

1. To provide and operate the Services; 

2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support; 

3. To be able to contact our Customer with general or personalized service-related notices; 

4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we may use to provide and improve our services;

How do we use information? 

 

• We will use the above information to improve our services. We use this information to evaluate our main customer groups, customer preferences, product prices, and customize better commissioncontent for customers. Meanwhile, we will not use the shipping address. 

 

• In order for visitors to have a more specific reference to our commission content and price, we will show total price on some completed commission art workson our Wix store and Esty store.  We will show the pricing without the buyer’s name.

• Sometimes we receive the order request for real people into Anime style art, for this kind of order, we need the buyer to provide the photo of the real person for us to draw reference. Due to privacy protection, for such orders, we will start deleting these photos 3 months after the delivery of the art. (Added on April 27, 2022)
